I hope I'm not getting sick. I've felt rather weird all day - you know that swimming feeling you get in your head if you stand up too quickly? I woke up with it today, and it hasn't gone away. I was hoping I could shake it, (read: denial) and that it would turn out to be nothing, but I'm not so sure. My dad complained of the same symptoms, so there goes my hopeful wish of it being just my imagination.. Sigh. Just what I need, to get sick...again. *facepalm*

I didn't know you were allergic to cats. :-P I am too, but not deathly so. We found out when we had a cat briefly, before having to get rid of it.

Date: 2009-01-21 08:23 am (UTC)It used to be that cat would only give me itchy eyes, stuffy nose, and all the typical symptoms that you'd get from regular hayfever-like allergies, but when I was in university, it got worse and I developed asthma from certain cats and it's pretty unpredictable. I don't keep an inhaler handy because I'm just never around cats so it's never a problem (if I might be around one I take cold medicine with me and that usually keeps it under control). But somehow I think that if you gave me a fluffy one to live with it might become more than a problem, hahahaha! And you know, if asthma gets worse it makes you not breath. And if you don't breathe then you die. :-o So yay for just avoiding cats!
