Some jewelry I made...
Feb. 13th, 2008 12:11 amThese are some samples of the kind of jewelry that I make every now and than when I get the chance. These are two of my more recent examples, and I thought it might be fun to share them. I took these photos a while ago, but haven't gotten around to posting them until now.
The first two are of a pair of garnet earrings, inspired in part by some ancient Roman jewelry I saw in a book once. (and yes that's my hand in the second photo, lol). The last picture is a bracelet of green faceted glass with sterling silver spacers, strung on elastic cord. I made earrings to match, but I don't like how they turned out, but I love wearing the garnets with all black!

Date: 2008-02-13 08:47 am (UTC)I do think! It couldn't hurt to give it a shot. If you wanted to, you could set up a seller account through paypal for free, so you wouldn't lose money in trying.

Date: 2008-02-13 04:35 pm (UTC)Well, you could always open an Ebay store for a little while and rely on word of mouth from friends and whatnot. I mean, I'd certainly buy something like your green bracelet.

Date: 2008-02-14 10:32 am (UTC)Some sellers do put a bit of decoration into their text, such as these two:
