This time it's icons from the 2001 BBC adaptation of Lorna Doone, starring Amelia Warner. One of the lesser-known costume dramas, but definitely an excellent one, and it's not another chick-flick with a sappy romance, there are things for guys, too including battles! ;-) My brother just bought me this for Christmas, and I couldn't wait to cap it and make icons from all the lovely pretty scenes. :-) (and oh, yeah, can you tell I love Lorna's hairstyle?! *hee*)

Comment and credit if taking, and enjoy!

PLEASE NOTE: Numbers are above, not below, the icons, and please tell me which icons you're taking, not "snagging a few!" or "took some will credit!" because I really am of a curious nature and I'd like to know what's popular. ;-) Thanks!

These are gorgeous! I took several. :) It is indeed such a lovely movie...do you like Carver at all. (I cannot remember if we discussed this period film or not!)

Have a great day!

Thanks for the comment, and I cannot remember either. ;-) No, I do not like CArver at all. Do you?

Same to you! :-)

I like Carver in the sense he is a very good baddie. And rather nice looking...
but most certainly John is the best for Lorna.
Are you looking forward to Jane Austen season on PBS? (I think I hardly need ask that. *grin*)

Oh, well in that sense he is very good. Otherwise (as a human being) I think he is detestable. No offense if you are fond of him or anything... ;-)

What do you mean, "AM I"????? Is my journal not littered with Austenian references, quotes, graphics, and allusions? It's very name is from JA! (Frivolous Distinctions is a play on a quote from Northanger Abbey) I am very much looking forward to seeing them, although I do not have very high expectations, if that makes any sense.
