icons: 1920s fashion

You can blame my watching the BBC House of Elliot series for this batch. ;-P These are one of quite a few batches made a while back but which I haven't gotten around to posting them yet.

Four dozen icons and three wallpapers, all with the theme of the 1920s, mostly Gazette du Bon Ton fashion illustrations, but with some Vintage photos as well. :-) I was really aiming for an old look with these, with the "scratchy" textures and whatnot.

As always, never alter my graphics, comment, credit, and enjoy!

Thank you, Rachel! :-D It was fun to do something different for a change, and actually to get to use photographs of real women wearing the real fashions of the day, rather than just paintings. Not that I don't love art, but you get my meaning. ;-)

And its always to change things up a bit so that when you go back to one thing that you particularly enjoy it sometimes feels like its brand new.

Well I have no problems with fanfic so long as it's clean, if you catch my drift. I'd be happy to read it if it would be rated only for language/violence?

Yup.

It's just that...in it I show if Rachel & Gordon had a bit of an affiar...while he was separated from Barbara. There are scenes from Batman Begins & The Dark Knight. There are some intimate scenes they are not exploitative or anything I just wasn't sure if you would like the idea of Gordon not being with Gordon and such.

I'm still revising and such...if you would like...you are more than welcome to read it...I could friend you back if you want. (I gave some of my reason in the userinfo)
