Costume Drama and Fashion Plate Wallpapers

I've been rounding up all the various images that have been collecting in my files, and so this time I've got 8 different wallpapers to share. :-D There are various ones of both adaptations of Pride & Prejudice, as well as one of North & South and several different fashion plates.

As ever, do not claim these as your own, please credit/comment if taking, and enjoy!

The subjects are as follows:

one: Pride & Prejudice 1995, (promotional photo wi)

two: Pride & Prejudice wallpaper contest entry with Hayley Westenra lyrics, which won 1st place @ pp_challenge

three: Pride & Prejudice 2005

four: Pride & Prejudice 2005 (same as above, but with an alternate coloring scheme)

five: Regency ball fashion plate with a Pride & Prejudice quote

six: a pair of Regency fashion plate ladies

seven: 1870s Bustle-era fashion plate

eight: North & South with Hayley Westenra lyrics (from Beat of Your Heart because I thought it was really fitting for the story of N&S!) I also made an icon to go with this.

Unrelated, again: Do you have an IM service? I just downloaded LJ's (though I use AIM and hotmail). I was just curious if you use one at all... :)

Alas, not that I'm aware of -- but come to think of it, my-ISP-that-shall-remained-unnamed-since-you-know-it-anyway has an IM feature, only I don't know how to use it. *hides in shame*

Hee!! You noticed! :-D Yay! And yup, I've finally broken down and started it even though I'm not finished with either of the other two. I've been dying to read it ever since it came out, and I'm really liking it so far. I'm still on the siege at Boston. ;-)
