Date: 2007-04-26 06:56 am (UTC)Okay, thank you! Since I've never seen it I have a hard time keeping it straight. Black leather sounds good! I've seen more pics of him around than anyone else, and his costumes don't look so horrible. I love browsing through medieval costuming catalogues -- which give me an idea: you might get a kick out of this! (http://www.museumreplicas.com/)
The North & South that I'm referring to is a mini-series (that I've never seen) based on a book (that I've never read) about the North and South of England, by Elizabeth Gaskell. Gaskell wrote Wives & Daughters which I've just finished, and I've got N&S the book on hold at the library. AND to confuse you further, there is a book about the North vs. the South in the American Civil War, which was also made in to a movie with Patrick Swayze, but I've heard it's unappropriate. THERE! Are you thoroughly confused now, or did you get all that?? lol!!
