15 Random Facts...

My brother Spencer tagged me on his blog so I'm answering it here! I've done these things before, but this time as it was my brother who is to blame, I figured I should do it. ;-) And I'm also tagging a few people of my own, mwahaha.....

Okay, 15 random facts that I'm not afraid to admit about myself? Here goes...!



1. I wear glasses. (is that cheating because I already have that on my profile? ;-P ) But someday I'd like to get contacts.

2. I can cook. And bake. My brother will verify this.

3. Someday I would love to relearn how to play the piano. Now I have all these English Country Dances I want to know how to play...

4. Both my brother and I were in a kiddie church choir briefly.

5. I can't sleep without the window open at least a tiny crack.

6. I want to write books (novels, and possibly a fashion history book) someday.

7. I would love it if one of my aforementioned novels was adapted and made into a costume drama.

8. Owning a horse has been a life-long dream of mine, and I wouldn't mind throwing a dog into the package if I had large enough property to enable proper exercise. (I think keeping big dogs in tiny backyards is the height of selfish human cruelty.)

9. I certainly won't marry "the first guy who comes along" as I have very high standards (okay, maybe impossibly high...), but I'd love it if the man I'm destined to marry was the first man I had a romantic relationship with. ;-)

10. Someday, God willing, I'm going to make myself an entirely historically accurate period outfit to wear.

11. I almost dyed my hair once, but decided against it.

12. The darkest colors of nail polish I've ever worn are dark red and navy blue.

13. My bathrobe is lavender chenille. My mother made it for me a few years ago as a Christmas present! :-D

14. Three Sargents and a Mucha, as well as an Arthurian paintings calender currently grace the space over my bed. (all copies, of course. ;-P )

15. I had a heck of a time coming up with fifteen things for this stupid list!!! LOL

I'd probably be the world's worst book-being-made-into-movie author, though, because I'd want to be sure the stupid filmmakers didn't screw up my story!! I'd also want to supervise casting (which I'm really picky about!) and of course costuming....;-D

Have you tried contacts before? I tried those years ago but I couldn't get the hang of it. =/ I just recently have been going to a different doctor. Minus the fact mine get SO dry, I've grown comfortable with them. The first time I had them in with mum in the car, I was overjoyed, I was like 'I can seeee!' ^^;;
