Oh goodness gracious. This is really crossing a line. While I personally believe that adequate sex education ought to be a requirement for middle school children, the idea that children could take their parents to court for disciplining them is truly outrageous. And a child should have the right to learn about any religion their choose in school, Christianity, Judaism, Buddhism if they so desire. Then again, if I am ever to have children, I would send them to Catholic school, so the issue is moot.
