And thanks, I know it's just a case of finding my groove, like I did when I started doing stock. I've found a ton of great art so far and I have many more artists to explore. Your wallpaper is on my desktop for inspiration. :)
OH! and btw, I did figure out that it is supposed to be png-24 i'm saving in. I checked around a lot of people's icons and they're averaging about 22-28kb per icon, mine were averaging 9-12 per icon on png and 14-18 on jpg. I didn't realize everyone was making icons in the bigger file size. Guess that's what keeps them looking so good. So, in the end, we were both right, only I just didn't know it. Now I've saved a few icons in png-24 and I'm very happy with the results, no noise!
